The Gift to the Minister of Economy.

About the recents events that happened with the gift that ASEMAX give to the minister of economy, In my opinion I think that this situation its an reproachable behavior, beacuse its an act that offend and humiliate to all the womens, now that occupy a doll of a women for compare with the economy and say that you have to estimulate her with the purpose of making work in a good way. I disagree completely with this type of practices, you can not use a women like an object or a simple topic, thats sexist, male chauvinism,  misogynistic and a backward action. For example, you cant compare a women or a men with an object or making an analogy that defame the other sex, beacuse I have no doubt that reduce a person to a simple object or an any topic, affects the soundness of her.

I think that all the criticises of feminists movements and the people in general are rights about this situation. Thats quite true, but I think that we have to thing  that all this type of actions still happening in our country, so the real question here is if we like society are really conscious about the violence to womens, beacuse if this type of things are happening, thats mean that we are doing something bad and all the movements about discrimination or humiliaton to womens, are not reallyy working in the politicians and business owners.

POST VIII: My favourite Subject this term.

This final semester, its a fantastic semester for me, beacuse all the subjects that I have are greats and awesome. I have 5 subjects, they are Social Psychology, Statistics, Methodology, Philosophy in the Social Science and Social History of America. But of all this classes, I prefer Philosophy for two reasons:

a) The teacher of that class simplify all the philosophers and explain all the biggest theories in a simple way. This subject have a lot in common with a lot of subjects of this career in the future., beacuse Philosophy its the beginning of all the biggest sociologists of all the time. Thats why its important understand this class, and Dario Montero (The teacher) help a lot in that aspect.

b) The contents that we see, are very interesting, beacuse we studies Philosophers like Platon, Kant or Hegel. Its fantastic know about them and try to understand them. I feel that this class its different from the others, beacuse I have the opportunity of know about things that are the basis of all the others subjects, like Social Psychology or Social History.

The method of examination are similar to the other subjects, with two tests and one work in group, that consist in make a essay of a book.

Well, today Im going to talking about my favourite website about my career. This is the internet place Scielo, where you can find a lot of articles or little texts about different topics, not only about sociology, also about all the world of science. The link its here: http://www.scielo.cl
Scielo is divide in countries, beacuse, for example, in scielo Chile you can find a lot of articles of differents scientists reviews of this country. Also in the website you can look for a topic or for an author in specific. I have to admit that this website its a place where I usually go when I have an importan essay or an important works in group.
I like this site for a simple reason, beacuse in this internet place I have the opportunity of get a lot of important information that can help me for a work or something relationated about my career. All the articles that I found there were great and help me a lot in different situations during this year. In addition, The webiste its very organized with the articles that they publish, in fact you have a personalized help for works, like references of the articles or translations of them.

Old age VS Youth.

When someone talk about old age, I always have the tendency to think about death, but for me thats not reason for want to die young. I have the impression that youth its a very important part of the life, although its not the only part of the life. Beacuse the people that have seventy, or even eighty years old, have something that young people not have, thats the experience.
The pros and cons of this difficult problem are varieds. The pros of being young and die before get old, its that you will never going to know all the diseases of the old age or you will never going to know the disdain that suffer the old people from the rest of the society. The cons of being young and die before get old, its that you will never have the possibility of know the world from a different perspective, beacuse all the things that you live, its something that helps you to have more experience, and something more important, you will never have the possibility of accomplish a lot of dreams that the people have when they are old, like rest in a place remote or know their grandsons.
I would like to reach to old age, beacuse you have the chance of see all the things that you build, also you have the big opportunity of transmit all your knowledges or your experiences to the young people.

Post V: A great Photograph

This picture, its awesome for me, beacuse it was one of the best moment of this year. This little image represent all the things that I felt that day. So, the reason I wanted to talk about this picture its that appears my girlfriend Maite and myself in a concert of Villa Cariño. The concert was amazing, but its not the important thing that I want to talk. That day, we went to Santiago early and we ate in Schopdog, after that we went to Plaza de Armas for a little walk. I was happy in that moment, beacuse I felt that I had next to me the best person in the world. So, in simple words this moment was a great experience for me and for her, beacuse we enjoyed every minute of that day. Even though this is not the only great experience that I had with her during the year, but this picture its the representation of this fantastic relation and demostration of the great partner that I have.

 Post IV: Voting!!...In The Upcoming Municipal Elections, Will you Vote?
Why?.

Well, In this municipal elections I think that Im going to vote, beacuse in this times its important have an opinion about the future of your commune and the best way of express that is voting for the best political option that you thing its going to be a real contribution for the people. In the opposite case, that you think that the candidates of your commune are not the sufficiently efficients for you or simply you hate them, I have the idea that you have the option of go and let a blank vote, for express your displeasure with this political process. So, in simple words, the Municipal Elections are a little scene where you have the oportunity of show your opinion about the people that govern you commune and are the principal responsibles of the administration of the place where you live.
In my case, I have to admit that Im not very informed about the candidates of my commune, but I know perfectly the things that Calera de Tango need, so Im going to vote for the candidate that accomplish that.
We have to take advantange of this process and transform our places through the wishes of the biggest part of the people. As well as, we have to vote with knowledge of the things that we have in front us.

Post 3: My favourite piece of technology.
When I was a kid, I have to admit that i loved to play video games and all the things that are relationated with the industry of video games. But 1 or 2 years ago I lost the interest about this topics.Maybe beacuse now I have many things to do and I prefer another hobbies for using my time.
So now my favourite piece of technology is my phone. I have a cellphone since I was 11 or 12 years old and the only funtion that they had in that time, was the ability of get along with my family in case of emergency or something like that. Frecuently I use my phone for see mails and have a better connection with my friends, family or my classmates, specially for the school, and in this case the university, its a fantastic equipment, beacuse the internet make the phones more interesting and productives. Thats why I think that the phones are the most important piece of technology of my life, the differents functions and the many possibilities that I have with this little screen is very important and fantastic.
I think that my life without my cellphone its possible, but not easy. Well, I was happy in my childhood without this, so whats the problem ?.
